Seeing as you're all console freaks thought I'd make you a thread.
Me? I'm a PC whore waiting patiently for Wolfenstein mmm wolf. Used to be a big fan of ISS and ISS Evo on PS1

Anyone who doesnt like COD4 will be banned. It is simply unacceptable behaviour.

I hate the entire cod series. RTCW was always superior and always will be. Just got to pray that Wolfenstein takes it on a notch.

I have an Xbox 360 and a US, NTSC region Wii.
I've had the 360 for 2 years and haven't bought a new game in that time. I got it with Lego Star Wars, PGR3, Viva Pinata and PES6. As you can guess, it's mainly for my kids - I don't think I've played it for over 6 months, apart from helping my younger lad get his way through menus and things...
I think it came with GoW 1, which I played for about half an hour before selling. My problem is that I played far, far too much of the original Doom and Wolfenstein in the early 1990s and it's burned me out from FPS games like that. Also, the controls are too complicated for my elderly brain to deal with.
We only got the Wii for Christmas so the novelty value hasn't worn off yet - playing Mario Kart, Wii Sports Tennis, Mario & Sonic olympics, and occasionally some PES8 and Super Mario Galaxy.
So, strictly speaking not a COD4 fan, sorry. :erno:

I traded it in a while ago
Not that I didn't like it tbf, I'm just shit at FPSs so the online was pretty redundant for me and the single player wasn't worth keeping the game for IMO.

Ive got a 360.
Strictly Pro Evc 08, Fight Night Round 3 & Quantom of solace.
I dont really like shooting aliens or driving games that arent actually very good so Id probably prefer a PS3 tbh.

I dont get how anyone can play an fps on a console anyway, a mouse and keyboard are just perfect for me (I may or may not have played an fps game at a high level...gone to the US to play...)

Oh I'm with you Danny (well, about the quality of the game, haven't played online). I had just said in the 365 thread that for all the other games I have I can't stop playing Fight Night. I accidentally retired my first boxer so I had to start again from scratch, which was fantastic.

I think I read somewhere the other day it was possible to get a SNES emulator running on PS3, anyone got any idea how to do this? I have one on my PC like, but I haven't got a control pad.

Firstly, alot of you are getting banned :lolbut:
A mouse and keyboard is better than a joypad but using the Wii controls are definitely the best method of control I've used. The wiimote for aiming and nunchuku thing for moving = :poundit:
It was the main reason I completed Res Evil 4 on the wii all the way thru and did all the extra levels and stuff

My gayertag is the same as my login so just send me an invite whenever you want. I may just venture online first to see how poorly I stack up in the real world.

Nice, I've still yet to try a wii :(
That fight night looks awesome - I remember seeing it in that Entourage episode and thinking it looks a lot of fun.

Never liked the Halo games but I hear this is similar to the C&C games.
Would that be correct?
