You know the old joe cole flowchart? Somebody should do one for adam

Get the ball->dawdle->look to the far side of the pitch to see if theres a hollywood ball to a full back on->if there is try it
Get the ball->dawdle->look to the far side of the pitch to see if theres a hollywood ball to a full back on->if there isnt dawdle some more->get tackled

etc.
Facking ell, facking ell - no one is giving me the credit I deserve for the European efforts

would have been less painful lol etc

how'd the run go?

Worst. Run. Ever.

I'm training for the Jerusalem half Marathon in March, so a freind and I decided to run the route, but I'd not eaten enough, my friend didn't stop talking and the route is a killer- Jerusalem is built on hills/mountains. I've run most of the route before and I've run further than 21.1k before, but Sat night was a mare.

I'm supposed to be considering doing the Tel Aviv full marathon a couple of weeks later, but at the moment that looks like it's way beyond my ability. Very disappointing :(

And we lost to Bolton.

I dont get people who want to chat on the way round, can't think of much that would put me off more.

Plymouth is flat though isn't it? FWIW a good tip I was given for running when you're starting out/unfit/returning from an injury etc.- you can always go slower. Seriously you can always go slower. Do it.

I also don't get the talking thing. It's the first time I've really ever run with anyone and I really couldn't concentrate with all his chatting. Now I just need an elegant way of getting out of running with him again...

+1 on the going slower thing. Also, when running shut the fuck up. Fair enough if you're going at uber slow long run pace some conversation but people who blah blah blah can fuck the fuck off.

Nah Plymouth is pretty hill actually, I live right on the side of one as well. Getting there. Making a difference at football too, someone said it was 10 mins before I looked knackered instead of the usual 5 :suprise:
