So umm game of two halves?

First half pretty uninspiring.
2nd half clearly and easily the better team, deserved the 3 goal win. Look so much better in that formation, I wonder how KD will slot Suarez back in. Instead of Carroll? Playing off Carroll instead of Kuyt/Bellamy?

Could probably put Suarez in for Adam, drop Hendycakes back and play 4-2-3-1/4-4-2 with Hendo/Gerrard and Spearing in the middle.

He's being doing that pretty regularly now, but we're only just starting to realise it might be a good idea to get close to him or make runs off him.

Yeah, hopefully at some point he'll play gerrard behind him as Gerrard actually knows where to run for knockdowns and flick ons, dunno if it will happen though as whilst lucas is out gerrard seems to be playing further back as hes better defensively than adam & henderson I guess.

Carroll is finally starting to show us what he can do tbf, Im still not sure its enough to build a top 4 side around and would probably ideally go for a copy of last seasons attack with bellamy & gerrard in for meireles & maxi when suarez is back but at least we're getting a reasonable alternative option now.
